Beta Tau Fraternity

Founded on September 29,1957, Beta Tau has remained an active social fraternity since that time. The brotherhood resides at 42 Bay Street, located next to Clarkson's downtown campus and the campus of Potsdam State. Although mainly a social fraternity, Beta Tau is also active in other respects including community events and interfraternity sports.

In addition to the main house of Beta Tau, there is also the BT barn, which contains the fraternity's kitchen and dining facilities. The barn is also the site of many social activities including Theme Parties, Smokers and other events featuring live bands.

The Beta Tau alumni are extremely active and close knit. They undertake a number of activities together.  The Washington DC area has a high concentration of relocated Alumni.
